Stunning antique Italian confit / anchovy pot in a lovely rare smaller size. Aged and timeworn but full of character and charm. This is such a lovely piece. Perfect in the kitchen for utensils or to fill with fresh or dried flowers. I’m not 100% sure it will be water tight as there are some cracks in the base ( they don’t appear to go all the way through ) but you could add a jar to compensate for this.
Measurements: Height 17.5cm. Diameter of top 13.5cm. Diameter of base 13cm.
Condition - Aged and timeworn with knocks and some cracks in base. Glaze coming off in places. Other aged related imperfections and marks but a solid piece and still good condition for age overall.
All our items ( unless otherwise stated ) are original vintage.
They have a history behind them and therefore will have age - related imperfections.
We feel this adds to their charm and only sell items we would be happy to have in our own home.
