Vintage French Champagne Basket - Tiny - 3
Vintage French champagne basket in a lovely tiny size. These would have been made by an apprentice to show their work to farmers instead of having to carry the bigger baskets around with them. Exactly like big champagne baskets just tiny! I absolutely adore them - we have 3 available and they all have slightly different designs. I think they would look amazing filled with dried lavender and they are the perfect size to pop on a shelf.
Measurements: Height 18cm. Length of top 26cm. Width of top 19.5cm. Base 13cm x 17cm.
Condition - This one does have what looks like coloured pen marks in places. Mostly on the inside but some on the outside too. I have tried to take photos of this. Other than that good condition for age.
All our items ( unless otherwise stated ) are original vintage.
They have a history behind them and therefore will have age - related imperfections.
We feel this adds to their charm and only sell items we would be happy to have in our own home.
